Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Mind Trails mobile game ("the App"), published by TokenDev ("we", "us"). By downloading or playing the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The App

Mind Trails is a free, single-player logic puzzle game funded by advertising. No account is required, and progress is stored on your device. Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics are enabled automatically in Release builds without a local opt-in or in-app switch, and remain disabled in Debug builds. Accepting these Terms or playing the game is not consent to data processing. Our Privacy Policy describes the data involved, provider privacy options and how to exercise your rights.

2. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the App on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and to the rules of the app store you downloaded it from (Google Play or the Apple App Store). All rights not expressly granted remain with us.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• copy, modify, decompile, reverse-engineer or create derivative works of the App, except where such restriction is prohibited by law;
• use bots, scripts, modified clients or any automated means to interact with the App or its advertising;
• interfere with, tamper with or attempt to defraud the advertising served in the App, including generating artificial impressions or clicks;
• use the App for any unlawful purpose or in breach of the terms of the app store it was obtained from.

4. Advertising and rewards

The App can display advertisements and offer optional rewarded videos in exchange for in-game items such as hints and reveals. Unity Ads initializes automatically after the splash screen using its default privacy handling, without custom privacy signals from the App. There is no global ads toggle or guarantee of ad-free gameplay. When available, the privacy icon on a Unity ad opens Unity Data Privacy options; availability varies by region and provider configuration. Ad-based rewards are granted only when the provider reports that the video was completed. Availability depends on the provider and your region; we do not guarantee that an ad or reward will be available at any given time. In-game items have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged, refunded or transferred.

5. Leaderboard

The daily leaderboard is a game feature generated on your device. Other entries shown there are simulated and do not represent real players. Positions and prizes are part of the game and have no value outside it.

6. Intellectual property

The App is subject to applicable copyright and other intellectual-property laws. Third-party materials remain subject to their own licences; these Terms do not restrict rights granted by those licences. See Credits for the documented audio sources, licences and modifications. That page is not a certification of ownership or licensing for every image or other asset.

7. Updates and availability

We may update, change or discontinue the App or any of its features at any time without notice. Updates may be required to keep playing. The release App has no Reset progress control. Uninstalling removes local app data, but backups and restores are controlled by your operating system and may restore it later; we cannot guarantee recovery of lost progress. Uninstalling does not delete records already sent to Firebase or Unity; see the Privacy Policy for requests and limitations.

8. Third-party services

The App uses services provided by third parties, including Unity Ads and Google Firebase. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and policies, which are listed in our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TokenDev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, progress or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for it, which is zero.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that you have as a consumer under the mandatory law of your country of residence.

11. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate your licence if you breach these Terms. Sections 6, 9, 10 and 13 survive termination.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the current version. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the revised Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Brazil, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
